Fo Guang Shan Temple of WA in association with Buddha’s Light International Association Young Adult Division in WA are proud to be the host for 2012 Australia and New Zealand Buddhist Youth Conference to be held on July 6th to 9th, 2012. The aim of these activities is to allow the youths to experience humanistic
Buddhism and to enhance communication and companionship amongst youths of the Aus-NZ region. Through this camp we hope to give youths an opportunity to learn to integrate Buddha’s teachings in our daily lives and challenge our potential to reach greater heights of achievement. We realize as young adults, we must learn how to use our wisdom to deal with our daily worries, to increase our emotional intelligence, to learn to co-exist in harmony with our social and natural environment, to develop teamwork spirit as well as to elevate our spiritual well-being.
