4th Sub-Chapter of BLIAWA is one of the 5 sub-chapter of the Association. We have steadily grown throughout the years.  

We are best known for our vegetarian cooking skills. We are usually called upon to handle food preparation during IBAWA and BLIAWA's major activities.

Aside from cooking, we also have tech-savvy members who managed BLIAWA Official Website (www.bliawa.org).
